6. Account and Access

Access to Forex Profit Lab is provided through Telegram. You are responsible for:

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Pricing

Subscription pricing is displayed inside the Telegram bot before purchase. Current standard pricing is $9.99 USD per month.

Launch Offer

The first 100 users receive free access during the launch period. This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Telegram bot. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@forexprofitlab.com within 7 days of purchase if you believe a refund is warranted.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Redistribute, resell, or share premium content without authorization
• Use automated bots or scripts to access our services
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Misrepresent your identity or eligibility
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course materials, quizzes, and software, is owned by Forex Profit Lab or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Forex Profit Lab and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
